Marketing Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the branding, PR, communications, marketing and content for CYKUL on different communication platforms.
  2. Develop and deliver creative marketing and communication strategies, plans and approaches to help CYKUL reach its target market and position.
  3. Responsible for supporting business generation from corporates.
  4. Manage relations with the media and identifying opportunities that will establish Cykul as a thought leader in the sector.
  5. Plan and implement direct marketing approaches including targeting, personalization of messages and measurability; data analysis, customer profiling and segmentation.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  1. Expanding the corporate client database and bringing in new clients for our events.
  2. Overlook the gamut of projects being handled by the events manager and the events team. This will involve giving direction to the team and ensuring that each project is going as per plan.
  3. Ensure seamless functioning with client. This involves ensuring that all their requirements have been met and exceeded which in turn leads to client satisfaction and retention.
